Chef Eduard Aliberch has been in charge of the Cal Jutge restaurant for seven years after spending his apprenticeship with Nandu Jubany. The restaurant is located in a house from the year 1700 and allows you to taste signature, market and seasonal cuisine, prepared with products from the area. The original menu orders the dishes by temperatures and ingredients, creating a new concept of choice.
