Trufforum Vic represents the festival of the black truffle (Tuber melanosporum).

Halfway between the sea and the Pyrenees, and only seventy kilometers from Barcelona, the city of Vic breathes tradition around the black truffle. It is considered the truffle capital of Catalonia, with a long truffle and gastronomic tradition surrounding this wonderful product of our land. Trufforum Vic is conceived around the gastronomy of the black truffle, to promote its consumption fresh and of truffled products, and in the promotion of its cultivation and its wild production.
