Once again, the European Mycological Institute (EMI) and the Association of Truffle Growers of Soria (ATRUSORIA) and the Town Council of Abejar organize the Scientific Seminar of the Soria Truffle Fair in Abejar. This seminar is especially designed for truffle growers, with the aim of sharing the latest scientific advances in truffle growing and exploring new business opportunities, such as truffle tourism. It will also address communication and marketing strategies to connect more effectively with end consumers.
We want this event to be an opportunity to learn, share experiences and foster innovation in a participatory way. The talks will have a practical focus and will be designed to facilitate discussion and the exchange of ideas.
