Every year for the past five years, Trufforum has celebrated the truffle as part of an international event highlighting the know-how of the main truffle-growing regions.

Organized by the European Mycological Institute (EMI), the Trufforum Occitanie, with the support of the Region, wishes to introduce as many people as possible to the values and culture of the Occitan truffle. A true symbol of regional gastronomy, the Occitanie truffle, counts this year through an unprecedented program of conferences, workshops and 100% digital meetings.
